A New Development

The Farm in Poway is a new housing development located at the north end of Poway, California. Once home to the scenic StoneRidge Country Club, the property was purchased by an L.A. based Land Speculator who partnered with local politicians, developers, and home builders to rezone the property to build residential homes.

The city, once celebrated as "The City in the Country", will now have a new suburban development with around 160 homes to replace nearly 50 acres of open space, cutting down trees, native plants, and displacing native wildlife.

Families will be able to take advantage of Poway's award winning school district.

Now selling, are Homestead collection is a group of 20 single-family home-sites. These are some of the larger homes (3,673 to 3,823 sq ft) available, and several of the properties will have nice views of neighboring valleys.

The Cottages

The Cottages collection is a group of 90 single-family home-sites. These homes range between 2,291 to 3,272 sq ft and are rapidly being built.
